Your service person was excellent. However the part needed was not available. I had pre-scheduled arrival by several days. I then had to come back later in the day to get the part which had to be re-ordered. The service person did give me a 10% discount which probably covered my gas expense.
My Service Associate (Hannah Robinson) is Great! She keeps me informed in a timely manner. makes sound recommendations, along w/ great bedside manners. Also, she takes pictures of the issues for share w/ me when picking up my vehicle to better confirm the issues that she has describe. GREAT job Hannah.
I bought my car in for my appointment, I was met by a service representative right away. My car was checked and the problem was found and I was told what was needed to fix it. My car was fixed and I was totally satisfied.
I asked to correct the "noise of air" whistle on the right passenger side. The noise is still present and when I left the car I was told the rack caused the noise. If that is true I should hear the on both sides if car. I miss still continues.
Based on more recent visits, I would rate higher than before. Service guy, Chris (I think) took care of us, making us aware of everything going on. Before he stepped out for lunch, he told us. The wait was longer than anticipated (4 hours), but I understand they had to pick up a part. One word of advice to Haley: DO NOT SHARE MY INFORMATION with other companies EVER again. There are plenty of mechanics who would want our business.
