The people was very nice and patient with me, I have been dealing with the same issue since I drove off the lot with the care. However, the problem is still there. I'm just tired. I don't know how to respond to this service other than the individual people were nice, Chris was very nice, and the young man that does their running around and help with the tech. My car is still not fixed.
Hunter Massie did a real good job of explaining to me what needed to be performed on my vehicle. He also made me aware that some of the repairs were actually covered under warranty. I appreciate his thoroughness. He stayed in touch with me through the day and I really appreciated that.
My car was not repaired properly the first time. They fixed something but the car was still doing the same thing. Had to pay another diagnostic fee for them to repair something else. Not happy with this type of service. If the car is still doing the same thing I should not be charged for the second diagnostic.
