Based on more recent visits, I would rate higher than before. Service guy, Chris (I think) took care of us, making us aware of everything going on. Before he stepped out for lunch, he told us. The wait was longer than anticipated (4 hours), but I understand they had to pick up a part. One word of advice to Haley: DO NOT SHARE MY INFORMATION with other companies EVER again. There are plenty of mechanics who would want our business.
