Over the next couple of weeks, he consistently sent us options as new cars came in, never pressuring us—just genuinely trying to help. After looking at several cars, we finally found one that worked for all of us. Parker treated my son like a real customer, spoke directly to him, and walked him through the process so he felt included and respected the entire time. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable (which is not something you usually say about car shopping!).
